Account Security - Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We are NOT liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Account Restrictions

What is Fan Zone?
Fan Zone is our platform feature that allows users to upload and share creative content celebrating Mahesh Babu, including fan art, photo edits, videos, and other media.
Content Submission Guidelines

- Content promoting dangerous activities or challenges
- Instructions for harmful activities
Technical Requirements
- File formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4, MOV, WebM
- Maximum file size: 50MB per upload
- Image resolution: Minimum 800x600px, recommended 1920x1080px
- Video duration: Maximum 5 minutes
- Content quality: Must be clear, non-blurry, and appropriate resolution
Content Ownership & Originality
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to all content you upload
- Your content does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
- You have obtained necessary permissions for any recognizable persons in your content
- You are solely responsible for any legal claims arising from your content
Tip: Use royalty-free music, your own photos, or content under Creative Commons licenses to avoid copyright issues.
5. Content Moderation
Moderation Process
All user-generated content undergoes moderation before being publicly visible:
- Submission: You upload content to Fan Zone
Status: PENDING - Review: Our moderation team reviews content within 24-72 hours
Checked for: Policy compliance, quality, appropriateness - Decision: Content is either APPROVED or REJECTED
You will be notified via email - Publication: Approved content appears in Fan Zone
Rejected content is deleted with reason provided
Rejection Reasons & Appeals
If your content is rejected, you will receive one of the following reasons:
- Policy Violation: Content violates prohibited content rules
- Copyright Concern: Appears to infringe third-party rights
- Quality Issue: Too low resolution, blurry, or poor quality
- Off-Topic: Not related to Mahesh Babu or platform purpose
- Duplicate: Already submitted by you or another user

⚖️ Legal Violations
- Violating copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Violating privacy laws or disclosing personal information without consent
- Violating Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
- Violating GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), or other data protection laws
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
👥 Harassment & Abuse
- Harassing, threatening, or stalking other users
- Doxing (publishing private information without consent)
- Coordinating harassment campaigns or brigading
- Creating a hostile environment for others
⚠️ Consequences of Violations
Depending on severity, violations may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Content removal: Violating content deleted
- Temporary suspension: Account suspended for 7-30 days
- Permanent ban: Account and all data deleted

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Content Deletion
You can delete your uploaded content at any time from your account dashboard. Upon deletion:

- Our license to use your content terminates
- Content will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days
- Cached copies on CDN may take up to 24 hours to clear
Exception: Content shared by other users (e.g., screenshots, re-shares) is beyond our control and may continue to exist elsewhere.

Registration Requirements
To register a fan association, you must provide:
- Association name - Official name of your group
- Level - Region, district, state, or national
- Geographic location - Country, state, district (as applicable)
- Proof documents - Evidence of organized group (photos, social media, member list)
- Representative details - Contact person who manages the association
Verification Process
- Application: Submit association registration form
- Review: Our team verifies your documents and legitimacy (7-14 days)
- Approval/Rejection: You'll be notified via email
- Code issuance: Approved associations receive unique code (format:
ASSOC-IN-{STATE}-{ID}) - Badge generation: Digital badge with QR code issued for verification
Association Responsibilities
As a verified association representative, you agree to:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date association information
- Represent your association responsibly and respectfully
- Not misuse your unique code or badge for fraudulent purposes
- Comply with all Terms & Conditions
- Notify us of any leadership changes or association dissolution
- Use association privileges only for legitimate fan activities
Revocation of Association Status
We may revoke your association status and badge if:
- Information provided was false or misleading
- Association engages in illegal activities
- Association violates these Terms
- Association becomes inactive or dissolves
- Misuse of association privileges or badge
Revoked associations may reapply after 6 months if issues are resolved.
9. Digital Identity Badges
What are Digital Badges?
Digital badges are privacy-preserving, verifiable credentials issued to users and associations. Badges are represented as JWT tokens with QR codes for easy sharing and verification.
Badge Types
- User Identity Badge: Automatically issued upon account creation
Used for: Event registrations, contest participation - Association Badge: Issued to verified fan associations
Used for: Association verification, official events
Privacy-Preserving Design
🔒 What's in Your Badge?
Your badge QR code contains ONLY:
- User ID (UUID) - NOT your email, name, or phone!
- Badge ID (unique identifier)
- Issuance timestamp
✅ No personal information is exposed in the QR code itself. Your full details are only retrieved from our secure database when someone verifies your badge with proper authorization.
Badge Verification
Anyone can verify a badge by:
- Scanning the QR code with our verification tool
- Entering the badge token on our website
Verification returns: User name, email verification status (✓ or ✗), account creation date, badge issuance date, and revocation status.
Badge Revocation
Your badge may be revoked if:
- You delete your account
- Your account is suspended or banned
- You request badge revocation (for security reasons)
- Fraudulent use of badge is detected
Revoked badges will show as INVALID when verified. You can request a new badge issuance if your account is in good standing.
Badge Misuse
You must NOT:
- Share your badge with others for impersonation
- Modify or tamper with badge tokens
- Use badges for fraudulent purposes
- Claim official affiliation using badges
Badge misuse will result in immediate revocation and potential account termination.
